Characterization and analysis of the principal determinant factors in the lack of food safety in Mozambique and the evolution over the last years of the conjunction of government interventions with those of international donors. Analysis of the policies and actions under preparation by the Government of Mozambique and the characterization of the components of a coherent strategy to combat lack of food safety. Proposal of a strategy and of an EU action plan in Mozambique.
